Omakase (Japanese: お任せ, Hepburn: o-makase) is a Japanese phrase, used when ordering food in restaurants, that means 'I'll leave it up to you' (from Japanese 'to entrust' (任せる, makaseru). The complete fate of your meal is in the hands of the chef.

The Fire Slave Omakase is a unique Chefs Counter Dining Experience featuring Chef Lingo Quichocho, Pastry Chef Etheline Alviz, and Pitmaster Tom Akigami who will prepare six to eight gastronomy courses in front of you.

Outdoor wood fire and smoke meets fine dining orchestry.

No reservations. Due to the limited seating of this private event, invitations are sent out through our customer database at a first come first serve basis.
