ABOUT Fire Slave Barbecue

Fire Slave Barbecue specializes in Central Texas Style Low and Slow Barbecue with some unique twists added on our menu offerings. We use traditional and modern techniques of slow smoking twelve to fourteen hours to result in that "melt in your mouth" experience you'd expect from the best craft-made Texas barbecue.

 

We have a passionate hands-on involvement (literally) from start to finish. Starting with the metal fabrication and construction of our cooking vessels, selection of the best and exclusive meats from local distributors, use of quality imported Oak wood (for authentic flavor), our spices, making our own sausages in-house, and of course the tedious time consuming live wood fire cooking process you'll notice in the finished product. (Yup. No power, no gas, just the pitmaster tending a live wood-fire for hours.) 

Currently our craft barbecue  is only available on scheduled drop dates via pre-order online for pickup at our shop in Tamuning. Follow us on social media for the latest updates. We hope to see you soon!
